Traveling is part of my job, so I try to enjoy it. I act silly and
ridiculous much of the time. I have a great appreciation for a good
sense of humor and what laughing can do for a person's overall
outlook on life. I owe that mostly to my father, but Seinfeld and
the Simpsons also deserve a lot of credit. My flirting methods
haven't changed much since kindergarten. Maybe that sounds
immature, but 5 year olds seem to be a lot more honest about their
feelings than most older "mature" people. I have a command of
thoroughly useless information. I tend to get frustrated with
regularity, which leads me to act spontaneously. I have a gentle
soul, but I can be rough around the edges sometimes. I'm something
of a paradox. I've learned a thick skin is necessary if you wanna
be a good person. "We don't devote nearly enough scientific
research to finding a cure for jerks"(taken from the brilliant mind
of Calvin and his best friend Hobbes) Pet peeves are a bitch; I'm
big on the small things. I know you are too! This is as good a
point as any to point out that I am not, nor will I ever be on that
proverbial "wagon." Happiness is a good single malt scotch. I'm no
good at that "game" ladies, so please be kind and don't try to play
it with me. Dating is not a sport to me; I'm ready for a real
woman. So feel free to message me anytime... nowish would be great.
What I’m doing with my life
Spending the winter in Vermont! I think skiing is one of the
greatest things in the world. Carving makes me feel like I'm
flying, and I can't get enough of it.
Let's hit the fresh pow pow for a day; it's the best first date
ever! Never an awkward moment and always has your heart pumping
I’m really good at
-Surrounding myself with great people.
-Putting the toilet seat back down.
-Breaking my phone.
-making bacon, egg, & cheese sandwiches
-getting up & going...
-Taking the road less traveled
The first things people usually notice about me
-How blonde my hair is.
-I look just like my father.
-I give really big hugs.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Sea stories and books about war; Ernest Hemingway and Jack London
are two of my favorites. I recently read UNBROKEN by Laura
Hillenbrand and it was pretty damn amazing. Im currently reading
WILD by Cheryl Strayed. It's a good one. Read it. I'm still waiting
for the next Game Of Thrones book... Christopher Nolan movies =
"holy shit that was good"; Pixar people must be great to hang with.
I'm not too into TV b/c there's never really anything on it worth
watching besides Seinfeld and 60 minutes.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Where my career will take me next; there's so many beautiful
countries to see.
Lately, I've been thinking about getting a motorcycle.
On a typical Friday night I am
In the summertime I'd like to be down the shore, but the last few
years my summers have been spent mostly working on ships.
Come winter I hope I'll be in the mountains getting ready for a
full day on the slopes.
If I'm not at either of those places, I'm trying to do something
momentous. That being said, I still find myself at a bar more often
than I would like. I get antsy if I don't do SOMETHING.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I like high fructose corn syrup. It tastes good people! And most of
the time I don't even wash my veggies or fruits before I eat them.
You should message me if
You've got sass. ;)
