My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Gaily bedight,
A gallant night
In sunshine and in shadow,
Had journeyed long,
Singing a song,
In search of El Dorado.

I am just one of those types that loves sci fi/fantasy, board/video games, and knows how to sword fight. A guy that is just trying to find his place in the world while making those around me happy. I've got so many wonderful story ideas I have started, but yet to finish. Feel free to ask me about them sometime.

I used to do theatre all the time before I moved to Atlanta, back in Murfreesboro, TN. Once I was here, my focus was back on improv for awhile. I love being on the stage in all of its forms, and I love making people feel. I do all kinds of things, puppets, combat, Shakespeare, modern drama, and so on. If you are ever curious, just ask. Other projects are starting to go places.

In my "free" time I work for Dragon Con where I book and host the interviews for the convention proper. Speaking of side projects, stay tuned to DragonConTV for some seriously fun stuff in the coming year.

In my career, I focus on technology and fixing computer issues (caused by their users). In short, The IT Crowd may or may not be a documentary about me.

Away from work, you may find me hanging out with friends over drinks or fun events, or kicking back at home enjoying a good movie or some board/video games when time permits. Adventure is the destination, and it comes in many forms. I live downtown, so it has presented some excellent opportunities to socialize.

Allons y!
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Enjoying to the best of my ability.

Getting more involved in puppetry. Living next door to The Center for Puppetry Arts, I find myself with some excellent resources to pursue this!

Mostly, just working IT for a company in Norcross. Beyond that, more of a homebody. I moved to be a little more centrally located so it will be easier to break free of that homebody-ness, or at the least be able to have my friends over more often.

Maybe one day I will figure out that travel thing. I would love to get out more and see what the world has to offer, but for now, just enjoying the world around me.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Deducing my way out of precarious situations, all whilst filling out silly online profiles... Oh, and wasting time while somehow still being productive, hence why I love my job.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Eyes, sometimes red, sometimes dark brown, sometimes white... My kilt? My mohawk when I used to have it, maybe? My height...? I don't know, you tell me. What did you notice? Being a theatre kid, I feel I am a chameleon, so I am never sure. They never tell me what they notice. What did you notice?
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

(a) Top Three: Dune, American Gods, and Farenheit 451. Beyond that: Anything by Gaiman first and foremost for modern authors; Anything by Crichton or Poe; The Harry Potter Series; The Song of Ice and Fire Saga (commonly called by its first book, Game of Thrones), by George R. R. Martin; The Dark Tower Series; Ender's Game (I separate the man from the art in this case. The author is quite the bigot, but this particular story speaks miles to me.); The Saga of Dune.

(a.1) TV shows throughout the years:
Sleepy Hollow; Community; Homeland; American Horror Story (Coven has been my choice so far!); Carnivale; Supernatural; Breaking Bad; Arrow; The Blacklist; Doctor Who; Torchwood; Battlestar Galactica; Dexter (first four seasons); Venture Bros.; Orphan Black; Game of Thrones; Defiance; Eureka; Warehouse 13; Darkwing Duck; Chopped; 24; Buffy; Angel; Firefly; Dollhouse... yeah I should stop because I could keep going.

(b) Here is an assorted collection of the films I have enjoyed, both good and bad, over the years. Be prepared it is a long list. I am a bit of a cinephile and movies are a big passion of mine. The Muppets; Cabin in the Woods; John Carter; Warm Bodies; Man of Steel; Avengers; Thor; Captain America; In Time; Tron: Legacy; Black Swan; Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World; Inception; Coraline; The Hangover; Moon; Star Trek; The Dark Knight; Iron Man; Tropic Thunder; Zack and Miri Make a Porno; The Wrestler; The Fall; Wall-E; Sunshine; Stardust; No Country for Old Men; Shoot ‘Em Up; Superbad; The Prestige; [The Fountain; Children of Men; and Pan's Labrynthe; Boondock Saints; Phonebooth; Dune (in most of its forms); Donnie Darko (director's cut); Death to Smoochy; 12 Monkeys; Royal Tenenbaums; Legend; Planet of the Apes; The Big Lebowski; Robin Hood: Men in Tights (it is like "The Greatest Hits" of Mel Brooks' jokes); Kill Bill; Big Fish; The City of Lost Children; Amelie; Run Lola Run; Super Troopers; Finding Nemo; Evil Dead (1-3); The Nightmare Before Christmas; The Dark Crystal; True Romance; Never Ending Story; Jurassic Park… Going to stop there. I could keep going, but won't for now. If you made it through that list, please say so! Even if it is to tell me I should probably get another hobby or three!

(c) Oh it varies... Daft Punk; The Muse; The Servant; The Protomen (very good friends of mine from high school. Keep your eyes on these guys.); Arctic Monkeys, as well; Tom Petty; Apocalyptica; Shiny Toy Guns; Flogging Molly; Cowboy Mouth; Bad Religion; Coheed and Cambria; [Finger Eleven; Blue Oyster Cult; Rob Zombie; Dethklok for the win; Audioslave; System of a Down; The Cruxshadows; Boo Boo Bunny (Kids love it!); The Cure; Weird Al; Davie Bowie; The Blue Man Group (That was the best live show to which I have EVER been!). Yeah a pretty decent/eclectic mix... Not as much into music, really, as I am into film. I listen to it, sing to it, enjoy it! I need to go through my iTunes and list my faves.

(d) Food? Yes. Really, give me sushi any time. Followed by Italian food of almost all its forms.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Something to keep my mind occupied.

Pen/Paper, or the means with which to write.

A copy of American Gods by Neil Gaiman

A copy of Dune by Frank Herbert

A sense of adventure; it varies in size.

Someone with which to have conversation and aforementioned adventures.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The world around me, and what I haven't done to better it. Or rather, how can I make a place for myself in it? Literary ideas, big and small. I think a lot about a lot of things. It just depends on when you catch me.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Doing something along the lines of this... Staying home, going out, having the occasional drink, watching movies. Not always sure until it is here. Regardless, Friday is just like any other night of the week. I do things. I promise.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I am an open book. Ask any question. Seriously. I may not always answer, but when I do it will be the truth.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You found any of this drabble exciting, or boring, in any way! Maybe you just want to say hello, or tell me I should do something else with my free time. It is a free world, and you should message me if you feel like it, basically! Hell, just say hi sometime if you get bored, too. I am just out to make new friends! Anything beyond that is not expected or planned.

If not, doesn't matter. This has all been an experiment in boredom and adventure!

Take pains. Be perfect. Adieu.
