i'm a grad student in religious studies. in the past few years i've co-founded a burlesque show & a kickball league; i've worked in a bilingual kindergarten & in a 24-hour c-store; i've karaoke'd in english, german and japanese and i've studied under someone who studied under someone who studied under someone who studied under bruce lee. i like it.

i'm living my dual dream of completing a masters program in religious studies at a geman-speaking university and working with coffee while i do it.
i also dabble in or have dabbled in many languages -- german and american english are at mothertongue-level but i know a couple thousand words of japanese; a few hundred each of arabic, french & russian; and i've flirted with canto, turkish and australian slang.
aside from that my main three hobbies would be japanese chess, martial arts conditioning & cooking on the cheap.

i've never read the last chapter of don quixote because i don't want the narration to have a definite answer as to whether he really saw the things he did in montesinos cave.
