I have a dirty mind, a dirtier mouth and an endearingly inappropriate sense of humor. This being said, I also know how to behave at a fancy restaurant.

Nursing school keeps me a busy lady and going out is a necessary stress reliever. I would, however, love to have a partner in crime and someone to hang out with at home as well.

There's nothing better than getting out of the city, whether it's wandering in the woods for a day or a week-long garage sale road trip.

I like figuring out what makes people tick, but hate analyzing the fun out of everything.

I'm fairly far to the left when it comes to most issues. If you are hard core right leaning we're probably not going to get along.

I just passed my LPN (nursing) boards and started working this summer. I'm now working toward my RN/BSN. I work part time for a home care company.
I worked at the U for 8 years or so doing public health research. I'd like to eventually work in HIV/AIDS education or as a forensic nurse.

Aside from that, I enjoy local music, trivia, and nerdy television.

Making people laugh, having a good time, throwing theme parties, listening, staying up past my bedtime, fantasy hockey, trivia/pub quizzes.

It's always the weird baby arm on the back of my head and/or that I'm laughing a little louder than everyone else.

TV- Lost, Game of Thrones, Battlestar Galactica, Dr. Who, Buffy, Firefly, X-Files, Greys Anatomy, House, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Project Runway, Family Guy, Heroes, American Horror Story, Dexter, Twin Peaks, Mad Men. I also have a weakness for home improvement shows and House Hunters.

Books- used to read a lot of Anne Rice, Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, Neil Gaiman, Steven King is periodically enjoyable, Vonnegut, Salinger, Tolkien, Thomas Harris, Faust, Shakespeare, National Geographic, Fight Club, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. I got a Kindle for Christmas and am fully planning on using it as much as I have time, being in school puts a bit of a damper on my recreational reading time.

Movies- Cabaret, Silence of the Lambs, Fight Club, Super Troopers, Secretary, Eastern Promises, Donnie Darko, The Goonies, James Bond (Connery is the BEST with Daniel Craig being a close second), Office Space, Indiana Jones, comic book movies (partial to X-Men, I love the implied subtext), many more i can't think of at the moment.

Most things Asian are delicious, especially sushi. I don't really like fried foods or hot dish/casseroles. I think this makes me a midwestern conundrum.
