I'm a very open person. I'm can also be a very quiet and private person. I can be social when I am feeling in the mood for it, but afterward I like having quiet time to recharge. Music and film are my main artistic outlets. I was raised to be a classical musician, and have been playing cello all my life. I also play some piano. I used to entertain the notion of working in the film industry, but then I found out that I couldn't stand the douchey, superficial film folk. I enjoy still photography as well.

I'm usually very cuddly and quick to intimacy as I think it's one of the best ways to get to know someone, though I secretly long for someone that will make me want to take things slow. It's a difficult sentiment to explain. I'm big on romance, and I daydream about storybook-esque scenarios.

Some bands I like are The Flaming Lips, The Magnetic Fields, Sigur Rós, AC/DC, ABBA, Cake, Pizzicato Five, Twelve Girls Band, Explosions in the Sky, VNV Nation, Symphony X, Nocturnal Rites, Sonata Arctica, and Rhapsody. I find the vast majority of current music terrible, and I hate the Beatles. Bob Dylan, also. If that puts you into some kind of moral dilemma, you probably shouldn't message me.
