Update: Moving back to LI in November!! Can't wait!

Guys tend to fill these things out with what they think women want to hear. I'm sure we've all been guilty of it at one time or another. But I'm too old for that, and I can't expect to find someone with similar interests if I'm not being honest with who I here is me in a nutshell...
-I am a huge sports fan. But I am most passionate about football. I bleed for the New York Giants; and I have love for the New York Yankees too.
-Love live music and concerts.
-I still enjoy an occasional night out at a nice Irish pub or sports bar. But a night cuddled up on the couch with a good movie isn't a bad way to spend a weekend night either.
-You'll find me in a polo shirt or button up most days.
-I love a woman in heels, what guy doesn't right? But a woman who can knock off the heels, and switch to a pony tail and baseball cap is my kinda girl!
-Short girls with curves is where it's at!
-I'm from Long Island originally, and moved up to Saratoga Springs in March 2012.
-I have a tendency to swear at times.
-If you don't like a big teddy bear type guy I'm probably not the one for you. I do work out and am trying to lose weight, but I'm still built like a cushion.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Work has taken me on a wild ride these last few years. I moved away, and had continued success from a personal and professional stand point....and now I'm returning to the place I have called home (unfortunately it comes due to a loss in my family but that's a story for when we meet in person) most of my life. I work hard and can get lost in it sometimes, so would be great to find someone to remind me to shutdown for the day and enjoy life.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I can binge watch a show with the best of them. I would love to see more people admit to that, because you know we all do it. I. love poker and have a been seen as a solid player. I can cook a little bit and am solid on the barbecue, but hey maybe we can taking a cooking class together and make some sweet dishes??? I do make a mean breakfast though!
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Who is that big teddy bear, and why is he having so much fun??? He looks like he could keep me warm, and I bet he'd get up to make the coffee in the morning!!
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
I absolutely love music. My tastes can vary, but some of my favorites: O.A.R., Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Black Keys, Pearl Jam, Dave Matthews Band, Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Arctic Monkeys, Cage the Elephant, The Dirty Heads, Alice in Chains, Soundgarden, Beastie Boys, Flogging Molly, Gary Clark Jr. And I can't forget what i grew up on either - 90's alternative, 90's Hip-Hop, and cheesy 80's music. Anything on EQX.

Favorite Movies - Swingers, Pulp Fiction, Goodfellas, Gladiator, The Avengers, The Dark Knight, Inception, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Braveheart, Wedding Crashers, Anchorman, any of the Marvel movies.

TV - The Walking Dead, Ray Donovan, Homeland, Breaking Bad, Seinfeld, How I Met Your Mother, Game of Thrones, The League, The Strain, Modern Family, Sons of Anarchy, Criminal Minds

Books - I love a good Biography. Most recently I read the Bret Hart autobiography and the Mariano Rivera one as well. I've read the first 6 graphic novels for The Walking Dead.

Food - I love a perfectly cooked steak (medium rare...if you like it well done, you should just order the chicken), excellent italian food, and still on the hunt for the best cheeseburger ever. Love me some sushi too!
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Sunday Football - I'm a huge football fan, and bleed Giants blue. Life wouldn't be the same without football in the fall/winter.
2. Live Music/my Ipod - I live for music, to not have it to listen to anymore would be brutal
3. My close friends & family - I love my friends like they are my family, so that's really one in the same.
4. Movies (especially a good comedy)
5. NY style pizza - Originally from Long Island, and I make sure I have some every time I go back to visit.
6. Beer - Nothing beats an iced down cold one on a summer day.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Where to go for vacation. Would love to be sipping cocktails poolside at an all-inclusive this winter.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Dinner with friends, downtown at a local pub, catching a movie, or taking in a live show.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
-if you like the Giants, or football in general, you should be saying hi to me right now! Or at least shoot me a "like" and I'll reach out to you.
-if movie night in sounds just as good as a night out on the town.
-if you can quote movies, Seinfeld, etc., we should definitely be chatting!
-and if you're an O.A.R. fan, or just love live shows, we will get along famously.
-if you've made it this far, we must have something in common...a short "hi" could be the start of something....friendship, something more? We won't know if you don't click send!
