I'm 23, currently a student at SFSU, studying journalism. I've only been in the area since August, so chances are that no, I haven't been to (insert area here). Originally a small-town (Central California) girl who got relocated to L.A. before ending up in the Bay, so I'm probably on the naive side at times, but I've adjusted pretty well to the new surroundings, I think.
Being a writer, I'd like to think I'm a well-spoken, eloquent individual. Instead, I just say 'fuck' a lot.
I'm also a (very)amateur photographer with a thing for street photography.
I like to be lazy, but I'm a busy lady. The news doesn't stop for anyone or anything, not even my afternoon nap...or my social life.
I enjoy reading and writing but nine times out of 10, I'll pass them up in favor of sitting on the internet and doing absolutely nothing productive. Such is life though, eh? To quote Alan Dean Foster, "The thing all writers do best is find ways to avoid writing." Truer words were never spoken.
I'm no good at cooking, but I quite enjoy baking, so chances are there's some baked good or another around me, which is fun at first, then nauseating after awhile. Given the chance, I could, happily would, and have lived off of pizza and wine like a lazy person. Not very classy or healthy, but it is what it is.
I will quite happily hand your ass to you in Super Mario Kart and Mario Kart 64 about 75% of the time. DISCLAIMER (since this seems to be everyone's opening line) I don't actually own a Super Nintendo or N64 at the moment, so if you want your ass kicked, you provide the system :p.
Let's see...I'm really bad with people and socializing in general. I try, but I get really awkward and tongue-tied and what have you, so you'll have to forgive me for that, until I get comfortable. Then I'm a never-ending ball of energy and chatter.
