Hi everyone. My name is Danny. I am 30 years old. I recently moved to Brooklyn to pursue a career as a writer, but I've been a pretty creative person my whole life. I was a fairly successful actor as a child. I self-published a novel a couple of years ago and am working on a second (which is a lot more difficult). I'm currently a graduate school student at the New School. Oh, and I'm funny, but I don't really know how to write funny. Is that odd?

I'm usually interested in creative people, nightlife people, the "mad" ones, as Kerouac said. I'm pretty passionate and committed to the things I love, but I also am pretty easygoing when it comes to social situations. In any event, I'm looking to meet some new people and see what happens. I just moved to Brooklyn to be surrounded by a more creative environment. I manage a band, do some freelance writing and am working on a novel. No 9-5 job, which is just fine by me.
