I just moved back to Atlanta from New Jersey, and I'm looking to meet some new people. I'm a novelist, journalist and copywriter. I can do a million pull ups.

I like saying "yes" to things. I'm trying to advance my career in order to become wildly famous and obscenely wealthy. I am learning to pick locks and drive a motorcycle.

Recently I've really been into Hunter Thompson's journalism... The Great Shark Hunt, Better than Sex, stuff like that. I really love Kurt Vonnegut, Ernest Hemingway, Joey Comeau, David Sedaris, F. Scott Fitzgerald, J.M. Coetzee, Albert Camus, Douglas Coupland, Charles Bukowski... I'm bad at trying to list this off the top of my head...

I honestly don't keep up to date on movies as much as I would like to, but I'll generally enjoy whatever I'm watching. I really like Wes Anderson. Oh, and if you've seen and liked Haggard, we'll certainly get along.

I don't really watch TV. Not in some "cool" way, but more so in an "I'm too poor to afford a TV or cable" way. I like Tom Goes to the Mayor... and documentaries about space or math on Hulu.

Music would just be fucking exhausting... right now I'm listening to the new Mewithoutyou album. It's pretty good. I like folk-punk. Andrew Jackson Jihad... really early Against Me!... I dig some rap/hip hop stuff... Listener, Why?, Aesop Rock... Honestly, if you're still reading this, we probably will dig the same kind of music.

As for food, I'm a vegetarian, but I mean, whatever. I don't care what other people eat. I really like Thai.

My computer- for writing and for keeping in contact with family/friends who have moved all over the world.
My books- although I had to get rid of a ton of them when I left Atlanta the first time- that was a bummer. Reading people who are a million times better than me makes me want to be a million times better.
Music? That sounds stupid...
Coffee- I definitely need coffee. I drink about 6 to 8 cups a day.

How many is that? Six? Sure.

A while ago the answer to this would definitely be "at some shitty bar," but these days I'm trying to be more active. So I'll say camping or taking a road trip. Or writing. Or on reddit. Like a huge fucking dork.
