My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
My name is Andrew. I just graduated from college up in Washington state where I studied human rights and critical cultural theory. Moving back to Tucson in the beginning of August after being gone for five long years.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Moving back to Tucson and... we'll see?
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Thinking about all the atrocities in the world, thinking about how we can work to change it, and also thinking about all the different ways that we can take care of ourselves while we're alive in it.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Often my shoes.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
I love a lot of books. I've always loved Vonnegut, and Steinbeck. I love reading/listening to David Sedaris. My favorite books are the ones that let me slip into a different perspective so that I can understand the world from someone else's positionality. I've read a lot of really amazing books about really horrible things, and I'll talk about them, but only if people know what they're getting into.

As far as music goes, some of the things I like: Albert Hammond Jr., Andrew Jackson Jihad, The Born Ruffians, Bruce Springsteen, Black Flag, The Business, Circle Jerks, Conflict and Crass, The Dandy Warhols, Defiance Ohio, The Devil is Electric and Ghost Mice and etc., The Eagles, Edward Sharp and the Magnetic Zeros, The New Pornographers, The Format, fun. (their original stuff not this new bullshit), Golden Smog, Johnny Hobo and of course Ramshackle Glory, Julian Casablancas, Leonard Cohen, Limbeck, Neil Young, Oi Polloi, Paul Baribeau, Ryan Adams/Ryan Adams and the Cardinals, Sam Means, Screeching Weasel, Sean Lennon, Simon and Garfunkel, Sin Dios, Steel Train, This Bike is a Pipe Bomb, Tom Petty, The Travelling Willburys, The Who, Wilco, and The 4-Skins.

Shows: Arrested Development, Friends, The Simpsons, all the Stargate franchises, Everwood, Community, Parks and Rec, The Office, 30 Rock. I have a (bad?) habit of watching a lot of Gordon Ramsey shows, especially Masterchef. The list goes on.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Coffee.
2. Beer.
3. Really spicy food.
4. Cats.
5. Laughter.
6. Chocolate.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
A good summary of this would be my tumblr:
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Probably drinking too much, or drinking too little and sitting at home.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have no idea what the fuck I'm doing. But I don't really mind.
