I am a creative, curious, dedicated, sagacious, and empathic man... and while a person can hardly be summarized by five simple adjectives, I find these to be the most defining qualities of my personality.

I have a dry wit... sometimes cheesy, sometimes sarcastic, sometimes spot on, and often awkward, lol. I appreciate and accommodate all types of humor.

I have a big heart, something I share generously with those closest to me. I am an inherently empathic person. It is important to me to be cognizant of how other people think and feel.

I'm currently working full time in a hospital Pharmacy. I really enjoy my job. It's engaging, fun, and keeps me on my feet.

Other than work, I've been making a lot of new friends and socializing as of late. You might spy me downtown far more than was common in the past.

Making things, fixing things, figuring out how they work, and utilizing my dexterity in a creative manner. Metal is my preferred medium, and I have made many things from aluminum, copper, brass, iron, silver, and steel. Blacksmithing is a huge passion of mine. I also enjoy other art forms such as calligraphy, drawing, writing, and sculpture.

Food: I enjoy cooking, and can be pretty good at it, given that I don't stray too far from a recipe. When I get experimental it tends to turn out more like mad scientist's failed creations, lol. I love bread. Making it from scratch is particularly fun! I'm an avid tea drinker. Black teas are my favorite.

I like anime, though I am very selective about what I watch, and don't get into new series too often. Mushishi is a particular favorite, as it evokes a similar ambiance as Hayao Miyazaki's Princess Mononoke.

I'm a casual video gamer. Dark Souls, the Dead Space series, and Shadow of the Colossus are a few of my favorites. I will play a game through a few times, then take a break from gaming for a while. I no longer feel the need to play every day as I did in my youth :-p

Working! Though I don't mind. When social opportunities arise, I still enjoy them just the same. It doesn't have to be Friday to be fun, as I've always said... Ok, actually, I haven't always said that; but it's catchy, nonetheless!
