I haven't been hanging out around OKC very much recently. But since I started dialoging we a few of the Ladies on this funsite I had to come back for an UPDATE.... I opened up an account on FACEBOOK and I've been promoting my new band ROCK U to the people on the ever growing list.

I like to get out and walk around at least for a half hour. Today I moved snow for an hour and it tired me out quitesome. But it's great if, like me you take a little nap just around sundown. You can always then get up later for supper. In the winter early in the season when the days are shorter the sun goes down and so do I. POWER NAP. No more than 90 minutes, that's one full sleep cycle.

ROCK U doing one gig a week and when possible I like to get my PN before the show usually we start after 22h00. Playing close by half hour drive I'll go back home after the sound check and get my beauty sleep ... Big note eh ? MY MONTREALERS;-) I still haven't gone back to the Wheel Club on Cavendish for Country Monday's so I'm a bad boy there too ... I'm really having a royal time right in my home town making new friends and playing my music. just google "steve solo"
