I am Funny, Passionate, and Relaxed.
My Self-Summary
My thoughts, both in text form and in my head, are disjunct at
best. My mind jumps topics so randomly that even when I re-read my
thoughts, I can't figure out how I got from A to B. I wrote a few
paragraphs just moments ago and then deleted it because I got
derailed from summarizing myself and somehow ended up writing about
The History Channel's overuse of common photoshop effects in
specials.
Staying on topic.
Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. Don't ever go there.
I live in Savannah, Georgia now. Better, but still meh
overall.
I go to school to study
Sound Design. I won't bore you with
the details.
I'm not much of a sports fanatic, but I do love
hockey.
I wake up
way
too early.
This guy they have playing
Zeus in this History Channel documentary
does not look like a Greek god.
I've heard on at least four
different occasions that
someone has finally figured out who Jack the Ripper was. They're
doing another documentary on him. Can anyone confirm or deny?
These
Progressive commercials were alright
the first few times, but now I feel like they...GOD DAMMIT
Fuck it, you get the point.
What I’m doing with my life
Working. In some form or another, I'm always working. Working on
school, working at work, working on some side project, working for
the weekend, men at wor...wait. I seem to have gotten off topic
again. My apologies.
I’m really good at
Analyzing the human condition. I like paying attention to people,
and using the less obvious elements to help learn about them. I
have a passion for truly knowing people.
The first things people usually notice about me
The first thing they mention is that I'm usually being too loud. I
quickly correct myself, but alas. Mere moments later my voice is
right back at it's normal level. I speak very loudly, be warned.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
I love good sushi, though I can't find it in Savannah.
I love all kinds of movies, but especially Kurosawa flicks.
I love swedish garage rock bands (among other types of music)
And I read comics.
The six things I could never do without
There are, to my understanding, many types of molecules and
chemicals without which it be very difficult to exist...at least in
a corporeal sense. So I'd like to take this time to thank all those
objects, both identified and undiscovered, for putting forth all
that effort so I may sit here in this reality and not make use of
myself.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
The weirdest shit, seriously.
Perfect example. I zoned out a minute ago while typing this and
spent five minutes considering the legal and ethical implications
of spray painting a giant picture of two dice on the side of the UN
building with the message [THINK] under it. There's no meaning to
the dice. I don't even know what they'd think of. What's weirder? I
never even questioned the dice, I was worried about getting caught
by the cops.
And for some reason, the cops in my fantasies are always wearing
constable helmets from Scotland Yard. Yeah...weird, I know.
On a typical Friday night I am
Could be out, could be in. Could be drinking...could just be
cracking jokes and generally having a good time. Could be homework.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
I'm a little nerdy.
You should message me if
I love making people laugh. I love getting to know people, really
know them. I love listening to people, but I can do my fair share
of talking. I love having stupid conversations about things like
why they invented fuzzy dice. I love having dumb arguments about
the aforementioned dice, an argument where we're both laughing
between making valid points. And after that, let's sit down and
have a serious discussion about faith in humanity.
Sound good? Say hi.
