My Self-Summary
Hey people, my name is Blake and i live in the city of lights,
otherwise known as Perth. Wow it has been a while since I
updated this, well here it goes, I graduated from Curtin University in 2005 and
have been working for a few companies as an IT consultant since
then and am now working in the Perth CBD for Empired.
I enjoy sports and it has always been a part of my life, I used to play state level field hockey but now im currently competing in athletics, although I have had a few serious injuries in the past few season eg. torn hamstring.
Ive always been a shy person, but I do tend to have my moments where i just get sick of being shy and let go but then i revert back to shy me after a while.

What I’m doing with my life
I am currently working for Empired as a Network Engineer in the
Advanced Infrastructure team, otherwise known as Projects. I have
been some further studies to further my career development, one
becoming a wireless specialist and one of only a few people in the
world rolling out Cisco Mesh networks. On the social side of
things, I'm going out a lot more than I used to, hitting the clubs
and pubs with my best mates I met through uni. Unfortunetly I have
been unlucky in finding a decent relationship which is something I
would very much like to change.
I’m really good at
listening, but not so much talking (quite quiet), i also tend to
give good advice when its needed. I have to say my profession in
networks as i would not be where i am today.

hmm book, i dont tend to read novels that often, but i did read a
book called Virus a long while back, was quite good
movies is a wide range, well one would be top gun, hackers, cool runnings, van wilder, hmm that was more than 1, stuff it
music slightly changed over the years, I am very partial to House / Electo House (closet DJ) and the usuals punk/rock, ska, techno etc
fav foods, pizza, lasanga, peppered steak and you can never beat icecream

The six things I could never do without
sports, my cars (Toyota Supra and T-18, im a Toyota fanboy),
friends, music, intelligent conversations, and challenges (i always
need something to do)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
too many random things, such as the consequences of time travel,
one of the most interesting convos me and a few mates had after a
few beers (weird eh)
On a typical Friday night I am
Out on the town either at a pub or clubbing. The tables have turned
and I'm almost always out on fridays and saturdays now :)
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
