My self-summary
Fit, athletic, currently finishing up a master's in computer science. I love Noam Chomsky, political theory, traveling recklessly, amateur bicycle tours (e.g., Etape du Tour), new art, surfing at Long Beach, and mastering the art of portmanteau languages (e.g., Chinglish, Spanglish, Franglais).

I bike a lot these days and try to avoid public transportation whenever possible to reduce my carbon footprint. I believe that shifting US consumption of energy from fossil fuels to alternative energy sources (wind, solar, hydroelectric, etc.) will end US-led wars in the Middle East.

Besides reading too much news, I help run a cycling group that explores interesting parts of the city and beyond.
What I’m doing with my life
Slogging through grad school. Challenging cop cars parked in the bike lane.
I’m really good at
Paddling on a surfboard, maintaining neutral buoyancy underwater, making my Arduino blink.
The first things people usually notice about me
That they hadn't noticed me earlier.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I'm a bit of a francophile and speak a little French. I really like "Les Trois Mousquetaires" and pretty much anything by Alexandre Dumas.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Whether I should regale the world with my large collection of duckface selfies.
On a typical Friday night I am
Working out the logistics of colonizing Mars (not really, but it does need an atmosphere), enjoying a nice glass of chablis/chianti/pinot with friends.
You should message me if
You're single, looking to date, and respectful.
