My self-summary Propose an edit
At work I am a Computer Geek. Lots of servers, and networks.
Outside of work, I am an amateur photographer with my Canon EOS
5d. Its one sexy beast.
Got some damn sexy lenses for it too. I take pictures of
flowers, industrial
destruction and some photojournalism. Interested in
glamor/fashion photography as well.
'Uncomfortable silences'
aren't uncomfortable to me. I don't feel the need to fill time and space with
inane conversation. Meyers-Briggs puts me as an INTP, and the descriptions I read are
pretty accurate.
I love to travel
internationally (who doesn't?). I've been to Europe (Germany, France, Ireland, England, Italy), Canada (Vancouver, Calgary, Niagara Falls), Cancun Mexico,
and Tokyo Japan. Would love to go to
Scandinavia,
Antarctica,
Eastern
Europe, Australia, New Zealand, etc. With luck I'll be
able to take a trip on the Trans-Siberan Railway,
and a trek to the North Pole.

Until August 2008, I was living in San Francisco California. I just
arrived in Hannover Germany, and are staying in a short-term rental
until I get my own place.

Poking at registers, debugging scary bits of computers, meditating
on my fish.
I just became a Developer for OpenBSD, so I spend lots of time playing
with it, and fixing things that I notice.
