With Sheikh Mohammed, local wheeler-dealer, and 3/4s of my Civil Affairs team, on picturesque JSS Ur, outside Sadr City, a quiet Baghdad suburb. The camp was located in Ur, the modern wreckage, not Ur, the ancient city, which was about 50 miles away
