My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Goofball meets Don Draper.

Enjoy puns, pragmatism, politics, people, alliteration, soccer, live music, spotify, eating good food with friends and working a bunch.

What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Definitely have been a wayfarer type but have been living in LA for under a year and dig the people I have met, dig my job, and going with the flow.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Finding the right GIF
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Thats usually not the first topic of conversation I have with folks but the second thing they often notice"dang this guy knows quite a bit, I wonder if he is right? Who cares, he is pretty funny and quite handsome and really smart and cute, has great taste in music and wine and beer and movies, and television, and could see me a world leader or a movie/sitcom/comedian rock star"
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
This usually is great date conversation so I gonna go with the bulk of that in public exchanges to help figure things out.

But.. list are cool. so here are a few randoms to get an idea of my taste:
Shawshank Redemption
Royal Tenenbaums
Coen flicks
Forest Gump
Fight Club
American Psycho
The Diving Bell and the Butterfly
There Will Be Blood
Back to the Futures
Cool Hand Luke

Books: Non fiction

TV: There is nothing better than Sundays on AMC and HBO. Seinfeld for sitcom reruns. I also get a kick out of Parks and Rec, 30 Rock but dont watch on a regular basis. Top Chef makes the cut.

Love me some tunes. I am my office DJ when it comes playing all the good hits. Spotify premium is a great investment. A few of my favorites: Capital Cities, Toro y Moi, Flume, Yonder Mountain String Band, Grateful Dead, Rolling Stones, Gangstarr, Trampled by Turtles, Frank Sinatra, Elvis, Black Keys, Broken Bells

Probably grub too much. But I eat good. Love trying out new places to eat, especially downtown since this is where I reside. is a cooking blog I have, I have dropped the ball and have been inactive but the blog is a glimpse into my humor. I also think homelessness is pretty sad in my neighborhood so check out for a noble attempt at food advocacy.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Poached eggs at brunch
definitely water/air/basics
cheese hence never being able to go vegan
guacamole which I think my recipe is superior than any others
just learning and sharing some kind of experience with people
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
work for sure, not a bad thing.
weekend plans
what to eat
hope family are doing well
where to live next in LA after my lease is up
tunes to listen to
random daydreamer here and there
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
eating out or getting drinks with friends or keeping it low key. Saturdays are cool
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I will sing in the car
