The barbell is my loyal companion. The barbell, at my feet, totals 225 pounds in weight. What allows me to lift that barbell from the ground, to my shoulders is from the countless hours I have spent in the gym and my dedication to eating healthy foods and supplements.

As heavy weight slams into the ground with great force, you realize you have done something very rare. The lift is so heavy that almost no other men would be capable of performing it because of the strength, dedication, and willpower needed to complete it.

I do my best to impart my strength and motivation into others. And, I can do it well because I know what it is like to hit rock bottom and feel unable to climb out.
