Why do I still have an OKCupid profile? Wow, I need to put some picture on here that say something other than "I am serious and aloof".

I majored in philosophy in college.

I want to write, make art, travel, take pictures, make new friends, world domination, 100 billion dollars, and a candy bar.

Oh, and most of the questions they ask on here are rather trivial IMO. Why did I waste so much time answering them?

I recently finished college and now get to join the wonderful world of the abysmal economy and menial employment, thus negating the reason I went to college in the first place...

Judging from people's comment's my hair. Beyond that, answering this question would require psychic ability, which I lack.

Books - Non-fiction written for a general audience. especially sociology and other things dealing with human society and behavior. Science Fiction, philosophy... I have two book cased full of books... after getting rid of a bunch. plan to get rid of a lot more now that I finally have a tablet.

Movies - I have a deep appreciation for movies, as I am something of an amateur film maker and screen writer. I personally have an affinity for Science Fiction. One day I will watch ever SF movie ever made. I like Ridely Scott, Stanley Kubric and a few other directors a lot. I also love James Bond movies.

TV - Doctor Who, Star Trek, The Shield, The Wire, BattleStar Galactica, Boardwalk Empire, The Americans, Daria, The Avengers (the 60s show, not the comic movie)

Music - mostly 'rock' music, but I am fairly open minded. most 'pop' music bored or annoys me though.

Food - I like Indian, Hibachi, Tai, and just food in general.

Depends whats going on and who else is doing what. Usually at the bar if there is a decent band playing and my friends are out. If not, I say home and watch something, read, or try to be productive. I am never without a list of personal projects.

isn't the whole point of this thing to send someone a message if you are interested/curious about/fancy them/might possibly network with them/etc?
