I am musical, snarky, and deep.

My Self-Summary

I have been called a girl-next-door, among other things. That's pretty accurate, if the girl living next door to you is a slightly hippie weirdo who loves a good debate, doesn't really care about social status and is crazy over all forms of art and expression.

What I’m doing with my life

Music and more music. I practise, perform, compose, and listen. I also write occasionally (there are many projects I start but can't ever seem to finish) and sketch (see parentheses above). Still a student, if you'd like to know the gory details ask away.

I’m really good at

Uh... arguing? Music, I guess. Drawing, writing. I'd like to say thinking but I can be so thick sometimes, not sure how accurate that is. I'm a fairly good listener (as in, I seem able to help everyone except myself :|), and I'm okay with expressing my opinions tactfully as well.

The first things people usually notice about me

How petite I am (petite sounds much better than tiny) and my intense gaze (seriously, I've been told that o.O). I've been told I'm sweet (no idea how accurate that is) and that I have a sharp wit ;) What think you?

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Books - LOTR. Wheel of Time. Dresden Files. Some philosophy and non-fiction.
Movies - fantasy/action/adventure flicks with good graphics and choreography.
Music - Rock of all kinds (Guns n Roses, Linkin Park, Three Doors Down, Hinder, Nickelback, Jimmy Eats World, Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Offspring), indie (Travis, Feist), alternative (The Script, Cartel, Snow Patrol), some techno (Daft Punk, HelloGoodbye), classical (Rachmaninoff, Schubert, Chopin). Less country/rap, although I've heard some decent stuff (Alan Jackson, Tim McGraw, Kevin Rudolf, Timbaland).
Food - Not too picky.
Yes, I'm too lazy to list everything. Heh.

The six things I could never do without

Music, the internet, books, knowledge, family, integrity.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

Random things and feelings. I have the ability to go on extremely obtuse-angled tangents, meaning I think about any and everything that crosses my mind no matter how random or weird. I am also capable of silently freaking out and appearing totally normal (usually before a performance or competition).

On a typical Friday night I am

... staying... at... home? Reading and listening to music. Checking emails. I know, pathetic >.< Any suggestions?

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I haven't a clue. Ask me, and if I'm willing to admit it I'll answer.

You should message me if

you love music deeply, you have no trouble expressing your emotions and understanding others, and you enjoy a good objective discussion.
