My Self-Summary
I grew up all over Western Washington with 2
brothers, a sister, and lots of foster siblings. My dad was a truck
driver most of my childhood, causing us to move around a lot. My
favorite place so far has been Longview, WA.
I have old-fashioned values instilled in me, and country music running through my veins. But, that doesn't mean I'm strictly a country girl. I can't put a label on myself, as there's so many aspects of who I am. Living most of my life in the Seattle area, I've learned to keep an open mind and accept all different lifestyles.
I moved to Eastern Washington, the Tri-Cities to be specific, in August of 2007. I definitely miss the water, mountains, and trees, but I'm slowly getting used to this area. I've got a great job, so that will keep me here quite a while.

What I’m doing with my life
My mom's always been a crafter, so that wore off on me. I'm working
on knitting all sorts of 'gifty' things in hopes of being able to
sell them.

I've loved to cook for as long as I can remember. I like to come up with new and different recipes, or try to emulate ones I've enjoyed at a restaurant.
I'm a little picky when it comes to veggies and certain textures, but I love making beautiful food!

My eyes and my laugh.
Oddly enough, I've had 3 eye-color changes in the last two years. From blue, to hazel, and now green. Whatever the color, though, they give away what I'm thinking most of the time!
I've been told I have my grandmother's laugh. To me, that was the most beautiful sound when I was little, so I take it as a compliment. Anyone who didn't know my grandmother, though, may find it somewhat annoying! :)

My favorite books, movies, music, and food
Books: Haven't read a whole lot of books lately, but I am a big fan
of Harry Potter. Have also recently fallen for The Twilight Series.
Christopher Moore books are excellent as well!
Movies: Absolutely LOVE Horror movies, but I'm picky about it. I'm not so much into the blood and guts unless it's got a ton of suspense too. Otherwise, I prefer ghosts/aliens/paranormal Horror flicks. I like to be scared and slasher movies don't usually do it for me.
I'm also very much a girl and must have the romantic comedies fairly often.
Music: The short list- Nickelback, Hinder, John Mayer, Faith Hill, Tim McGraw, Lily Allen, Train, Flyleaf, Avril Lavigne, David Bowie, James Morrison, The Killers, Staind, Dave Matthews Band,Tom Petty, Goo Goo Dolls, Nirvana, Eminem (Obviously, it's a wide range. I could go on for weeks...)
Food: Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Homestyle. Number one favorite food has got to be pizza!
