my name is leo.
im 21 years old.
im originally from hawaii. from a beach town that no one who hasnt lived in hawaii has ever heard of.
ive been living in nyc for the past three years.
im an art school kid. which means i usually have no free time.
really, im just someone trying to find his place in the world.

edit: i just looked over this whole page and all that i wrote, and it makes me come across as kind of a dick. but im not really in person, promise.

im a senior at pratt institute, majoring in graphic design and advertising, and ill be graduating next may. im not really sure about what career route i should take after i graduate and get my degree.
i love photography and photo editing/retouching. i started off as a graphic design major. but ive recently gotten more into the conceptual thinking of advertising, as opposed to the aesthetic thinking of graphic design. so now im taking all the required advertising classes, to have experience in both areas. and ive even more recently gotten into package design, which i guess combines graphic design and advertising. i love being able to come up with a smart concept, and putting it out for the world to see and appreciate. to be able to convince someone with your creativity that a certain brand of detergent can make their lives better. to trigger an emotion out of people from something that was once just an idea in my head. and im pretty sure no one has fully read and made it to the end of this paragraph. its okay. just go look at my shirtless picture.

and im in need of a change of a change of scenery. after i graduate and get my degree in may, im relocating. as of now, im thinking seattle.
