I am quiet, thoughtful, and sarcastic.

My Self-Summary

As much as I don't really like doing these...

I'm Chris and live in Adelaide, SA. I guess I'm a pretty quiet and intelligent guy - meaning that I'm a pretty big nerd, really. Enjoy music, gaming, movies and irrational numbers.

What I’m doing with my life

Currently studying Science at University majoring in Physics and Maths. Very lame I know, but I guess you could say I got dropped on the head when I was younger giving me a strange affinity to monotonous tasks, as well as a distinct lack of heterosexuality. Also work as a tutor on the side.

I’m really good at

Spouting out Simpsons quotes in situations that don't call for them.

The first things people usually notice about me

Long(ish) hair and strange sense of humour.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

I like reading books that I can read again and again and continually find something new in it. Favourites would be One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, The Bell Jar, The Kite Runner, Equus. Also quite partial to manga and graphic novels from time to time.

Listen to a lot of music, usually at least a new artist each week. But I guess bands I keep coming back to are Radiohead, ISIS, Boris, Sunn O))), Godspeed You! Black Emperor and Slint.

Favourite movies are Donnie Darko, Fight Club, Pan's Labyrinth and lots of various foreign movies (particularly Japanese and Korean).

Food I'm pretty easy with, though Indian cuisine is probably my favourite.

The six things I could never do without

Laptop, internet, music, opposable thumbs (life would be hard without them), friends and family.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

Boring existentialist philosophical ramblings.

On a typical Friday night I am

Alive, hopefully.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I cried about 5 times when I first saw Lord of the Rings: Return of the King in cinemas (pathetic, I know).
