I am compassionate, eccentric, and freaking awesome.
My Self-Summary
First and foremost I'm a total geek girl. Mostly I'm an old-school
video game geek, but I indulge in a healthy amount of tabletop
RPGs, comics, and sci-fi TV shows too.
I love to cut loose on the dance floor or at karaoke and am capable
of doing both while completely sober. I think that roller derby is
awesome, and am a fan of impressionist-era artwork. I do a touch of
volunteer work (but I've completely sworn off involvement in
political campaigns). I like bunnies, ice cream, staying up late,
and ordinary things that come in pretty colors. I dislike coffee,
cell phones, and temperatures above 80°F.
There's probably more I can say, but this is a decent cross-section
to get you started.
What I’m doing with my life
Right now I'm trying to make it as an indie computer game
developer. But a lot of the time I'm just kind of slacking off.
I’m really good at
I'm really good at video games. And math. And seeing in the dark.
The first things people usually notice about me
First, they notice my hair.
Then, they notice that I'm totally insane.
After that, they probably notice that I'm checking them out. And
then they run away. Forever.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
Favorite Movies: Contact, Mulan, Lord of the Rings, Star Wars,
Serenity, UHF, Crouching Tiger, DOA
Favorite Books: I don't read all that much. When I do it's usually
something easy to swallow like Harry Potter or the Da Vinci Code. I
suppose I'll throw the comic series Strangers in Paradise in here
too.
Favorite Music: Rasputina, Apocalyptica, Alanis Morisette,
Paramore, Weird Al, Vanessa-Mae, Queensrÿche, Nine Inch Nails. Add
to this list pretty much anything that includes chicks and/or
cellos rocking the fuck out.
Favorite TV shows: Firefly, Buffy, Battlestar Galactica, the Gummi
Bears, Robot Chicken, the Daily Show and the Colbert Report.
Favorite Video Games: Ratchet & Clank, the overhead-style Zelda
games, Final Fantasy, Chu Chu Rocket, Smash Bros., Izuna, Soul
Calibur
Favorite Foods: Bacon, bacon, bacon, bacon, and couscous.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Hoo boy. There's no way I can touch this one in six million words
or less.
On a typical Friday night I am
Sitting in my basement, cold, lonely, and desperate for any vestige
of human interaction I can find. Hey, you asked.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
I'm afraid of butterflies. Seriously. They creep me right the frak
out.
You should message me if
I'm pretty much interested in hearing from any woman with a pulse.
I'm open-minded.
Really, that's it, "open-minded." Has nothing to do with me being
desperate and having low self-esteem at all. Nope.
