I am irreverent, opinionated, and kind.

My Self-Summary

Somehow I ended up with two masters' degrees in stuff that does not paid a lot of money or make people go "ooooooh!" So I like to tell everyone that because of my degrees I am a double non-threat. I am eyeing a third MA, mainly because I think that saying I am a triple non-threat would be funnier at parties.
When I am not thinking about that magical third master's degree, I usually go running, watch a free film at the NGA, cook something I've never tried to make before or play practical jokes on my coworkers. I would tell you about how cool my coworkers are, but this little box is entitled "My Self-Summary" and I don't want the people who created this artifice to get annoyed with me. So the person whom I am most like, sort of, is Sancho Panza-- I think! I mean I didn't know personally 'cause he never really existed. However, I like the idea of being a sidekick, before the term was invented and offering up a healthy dose of questioning sarcasm to whims of those who have decided to lead. There are those who lead, those who blindly follow and those who tag along and comment about the silliness of journey. I chose the latter.

What I’m doing with my life

I am seeking happiness, knowledge and a paycheck. (not necessarily in that order)

I’m really good at

Researching. I don't what it is, OCD or some other disorder, but I am usually able to find the answer-- to other people's questions.

The first things people usually notice about me

People notice, or at least comment, that I very quiet. Of course, I then usually say something off color-- loudly.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

I LOVE non-fiction. Silence movies (with live musical accompaniment) are also awesome. The music of Americana is too cool. I wish I could have work with Alan Lomax in the 30s through the 70s. I love most food, except raisins.

The six things I could never do without

1) Sleep. It is the thing that make everything else more enjoyable.
2) Variety. Not the magazine, the spice of life. I don't like getting struck in a rut.
3) Candy I eat too much candy. I am not like that little girl in that John Waters film, but at times it is close.
4) Computers. I have to be honest.
5) Sunshine. I never want to live in a dark or cloudy place. The sun hitting one's face is a great feel.
6) music.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

Life.

On a typical Friday night I am

eating or drinking or both!

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

An anagram of my full name is "so nonmathematical" It good description of me as well!

You should message me if

If you made it through all my odd statements and ramblings, you should think about dropping me a line. I've been told that I am a smart, cute, funny, and kind person (and not just by my mom either! I have a sister.).
