In the absence of wit I prefer to just talk to give everyone an idea of what I am like. So read on. I'm pretty mellow and soft spoken, despite this big long description of myself you may or may not be reading. To get the major pieces of info out of the way I'm not very political but I do tend to lean left. I grew up Catholic but consider myself somewhere between agnostic and atheist. I keep getting this feeling that I've graduated from religion (sorry if that offends anyone). Well I guess if thats offends anyone they're not for me anyway.
I have a Computer Science degree (meaning I am essentially a computer nerd, well ok not really) and have a nine to five job working for a software company in Waukesha. Despite the boring job in Waukesha I am an East Sider and plan to be for a long time. I love walking around to the lakefront or bars or cool new restaurants... And despite the computer science job I really am not a normal computer person as I don't game or watch star trek or battlestar galactica.
Like allot of people I have major hobbies including movies and music. I swear its not as normal as it sounds. I love going to see independent movies at the landmark theaters and I play guitar whenever possible. There. A little less normal sounding? I am also a huge fan of going to concerts regardless of whether or not I know the artists very well or not.
I quote movies often, too often, and not even like well known quotes. It's a family thing, don't ask... I spend probably at least 4 hours a day listening to music (which is easy as my job requires me to quietly sit in front of computer for 8 to 9 hours a day). For the most part I'm not a country music person (unless you mean bluegrass or folk or traditional country, anything but country pop rock) but I'm open to most things. I am known from time to time play guitar and sing (mostly in my car).
