I am many things as are most people. I like to go anywhere as long as I have good company but one of my favorite places has to be Las Vegas. For the most part i'm the type of girl who loves video games, writing poetry, playing basketball, going to museums, intellectual conversations, tattoos, good movies, good music, and good books. Some of my favorite music artists range from Sarah Vaughan to Nirvana. I'd love to travel abroad one day but I haven't gotten a chance to do so quite yet. I've always wanted to travel through europe, go to asia, and hawaii (i'm like the only person i know that hasn't been yet). I've always wanted to learn how to surf too. It may be weird but i've always fantasized about random things like learning to surf off the shores of hawaii or going to a buddhist temple in Thailand.

What I'm doing with my life Propose an edit

I got my BA in psychology a couple of years ago. Now, that I've paid off a few bills, I want to go back soon to get my masters in marriage and family therapy. For now, I'm working at a group home with abused children.

I have a pretty good jump shot and I also can throw a pretty good football for a girl. I'm good at pvp on wow. :) oh, and writing poetry and i sing pretty well... although, I mostly sing to myself or the kids at work

Interpreter of Maladies by Jhumpi Lahiri, 1984 ("Big Brother is watching" there has never been a greater truth), Harry Potter Series, anything by Edgar Allen Poe, The Strangerby Albert Camus, Awakening by Kate Chopin, Dubliners by James Joyce and many others. Currently reading Wizard's First Rule by Terry Goodkind

Movies: The Brave One, Gladiator, Kill Bill, Stranger than Fiction, I heart Huckabees, V for Vendetta, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Closer,New World, Children of Men, 300, Hero, Garden State, all Harry Potter movies, and interview with a vampire. (my favorites for now, i suppose)

Music: Yeah, Yeah, Yeahs, The White Stripes, The Killers, No Doubt, Outkast, The Strokes, radiohead, The Shins, Queens of the Stone Age, Common, Amy Winehouse, Erykah Badu, Tribe Called Quest, The Bravery, Incubus, Sarah Vaughan, Ella Fitzgerald, Nirvana, Bjork, Miles Davis and I'm sure there are alot more. I'll listen to anything except country... like most people

Food: I like Italian, Seafood and Chinese food.

Video Games: Currently playing Rock Band 2.
