I am optimistic, intellectual, and rad.

My Self-Summary

Women, you and I both know you're attracted to the BAD BOYS.

Unfortunately, many of them are a bit unstable. I like to think I'm a hybrid: I have a bit of bad boy (I always enjoy your cute little tests!), but more importantly, I am aware of my own needs and the needs of others around me. This includes the woman in my life. I support her and encourage her through thick and thin. For myself, I'm consistently aware of the things in life that make me happy.

I'm very close with my family and my family members are my favorite people to be around, especially my younger brother (14 months apart).

I enjoy being outside and having fun!

What I’m doing with my life

I'm a self-employed computer guy. Oh boy, unintentionally I have seen some crazy, random sh*t on peoples' computers!

I hope to be self-employed for the rest of my life. Last minute trip to Hawaii?! No problem! Two weeks off?! Yes please!

I also work part-time for the Blazers at all the home games as a member of the game operations crew.

I’m really good at

...keeping things in perspective and noticing the little things in life.

The first things people usually notice about me

My eyes and intelligence.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Although I occasionally read books for fun (non-fiction), I whole heartedly believe in the Einstein quote, "The only source of knowledge is experience."

I get enough intellectual stimulation throughout my day. I'd much rather e-x-p-e-r-i-e-n-c-e something (riding bikes, shooting hoops, laughing, going to the river)!!!

Movies: I saw District 9 recently. I appreciated how it portrayed the "Prawns" as an emotionally-feeling life-form. It made the movie more life-like and believable to me. A believable movie is generally a better movie to me. Although, I do enjoy comedies and horrors as well!

The six things I could never do without

-- My mom.
-- My two bros, sister, two nieces, and nephew.
-- Fruit.
-- My breath and feeling it in meditation.
-- Correct grammar/punctuation (I may not always correct you, but I notice it! Let me know if you see any mistakes in my profile!)
-- Love.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

How I'm feeling at any given moment. How is my breath? How does my body feel?

I recently went on a 10-day silent meditation retreat near Sisters, Oregon... one of my top two life experiences (the other was my stay in Brazil)! There was no talking, eye-contact, reading, writing, cell phones (or any other electronics for that matter), and I ate a vegetarian diet for the duration. I slept in a tent and meditated for about 7 hours/day (individually and in a group).

On a typical Friday night I am

...hanging out with my younger bro and/or with friends. I'm not a big drinker, but I enjoy beer on the weekends: house parties, house parties with live music, bars to play pool (not so much lately into the bar scene).

I may also be at home relaxing, being a bit of a home-body. I enjoy my alone time too.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I'm a fantasy football nerd!

You should message me if

...you get a good vibe from me.
