My self-summary
I am an outgoing engineer who enjoys brewing beer, working out, competitive shooting, and culinary things. My favorite hobby is definitely brewing beer (and cider!). I think it's also my friends' favorite hobby of mine too!
What I’m doing with my life
I am returning to Baltimore from a year traveling in Asia and North America. I just started back a 9-5-ish engineering job.

I work out regularly, walk everywhere, volunteer randomly, and keep a full list of hobbies. I am hoping to learn how to fly airplanes and to improve my piano playing abilities in the next year - in addition to maybe becoming a home owner. It really sounds like I am busy. Life is better busy.
I’m really good at
Making steak and milkshakes, saying what I think (and sometimes saying it backwards), fixing things, thinking like an economist. Being the only guy in a yoga class. And spelling entrepreneurial right on the first time.
The first things people usually notice about me
My cheerful laugh, height, and awesome blondeness. Or, if they are my engineer coworkers, that I am looking at their shoes instead of my own ;-)
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Media: The Other Guys, 22 Jump Street, Troll Hunter, Game of Thrones, A Song of Ice and Fire, Kavinsky, Alt-J, Megadeth.

Food: Nachos, steak, and milk shakes. Those are the three primary food groups, right? Also - I eat everything (except olives). And I like to test that by cooking everything. If you want to learn to cook - or teach me how to cook something - game on!
The six things I could never do without
Camaraderie and kinship
Good beer and food
My hobbies
My smartphone ... apparently
Working out
Sunlight. Seriously. It is awesome.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How I can make other people's lives better. Why my knees have decided to transmogrify into stones. Where I can find good pizza here in Baltimore. Matthew's is good - but there has to be better, right?
On a typical Friday night I am
Grabbing one or two drinks out and then relaxing with a book or a hobby - maybe watching some sports or TV with my roommates.
You should message me if
