I live in SE Portland in an apartment by myself but half of my heart is in Seattle with my boyfriend. (And maybe all of me, after the lease is up. We'll see) And my cat, once I can pay the pet deposit. I work for Tri Met Lift and am a distance student in Library Science at Florida State.
I like a lot of things that other people get obsessed with, but I'm not obsessed with them. aka star trek, the x files, anime, d&d, renaissance history, etc.

coffee is good. I like hanging out with my sisters, who are 21 and 11, respectively. i read all the time. Like a book or two a week unless they're really long, or I'm really busy.

I steal this from my boyfriend - "if someone is trying to prove something to you, ask them how many books they read last year. If it's less than 5, don't believe anything they say." I steal this from my girl heather, but I'm feministish.

going to work, volunteering at the library, hanging out with my friends; driving to Seattle, going to concerts; listening to records; watching bad movies, and good movies, and lots of tv on dvd, going hiking (though i'm a wuss at it) playing music with my band New Century Schoolbook, or alone, reading books. Being a badass. Killing every cop that doesn't sell me drugs. I also enjoy accordions and crocheting. I read pretty much constantly, it freaks people out sometimes. Trying to become multilingual.
