My name is Joodie (or Judy if you prefer). I live near Milwaukee. Though I really enjoy warm weather and am not much of a snow bunny... winters are rough. Though I could use some more friends in the area... I have a lovely dog named Daisy! She's keeping me company here for the mean time, until I can meet some wonderful new people. I love all things art, culture, literary, style, film, or photography related and everything else too... I'm generally interested in interests. The internet is my only addiction, though chocolate comes in a close second. I'm quirky and unique and love to meet all kinds of crazy, wild people. I've got a lot of... 'liberal' ideas about life and society, and off the bat I guess this may rub people the wrong way. So I don't talk about my opinions much. But once I get started I can't stop.

I'm constantly looking at my life and the lives of others and spend a lot of time in my head. If you know what a tag cloud is, mine would be huge and complicated but also inspirational or fun I hope. I feel like a narcissist when I write these things out....

Oh yeah, and I'm open as shit. I'll swear like a pirate. Talk a lot about porn, stereotype, expectations and sex. And maybe even let you know what makes me tick... which would be helpful because I'm not sure myself, and I could use some insight....

One important thing I've learned, if you do a lot of drugs, or spend most of your free time drinking, we're not going to get along. I can only care about people who truly care about themselves. So that's my one nit-pick if you will.

I am honest, understanding, and loyal.

Oh this depends on who you ask. But I'm just trying to find happiness.

The 'career' aspect of my life isn't a priority right now.

Photography, picking up ideas quickly, reading, writing, web design, computer stuff, losing things.... yeah, I'm REALLY good at losing things.

My glasses actually. Or my smile or my eyes. And if they know me it's probably my personality that shocks them. I'm surprisingly blunt, passionate, and liberal... once I know you better. I guess I've got some 'shock' value to me, which makes little sense to me, but it's understandable. I'm really not everyone's cup of tea.

I'm not 'seriously into music' it's enriching to my life and makes me feel alive though. I typically get irritable when someone takes a specific genre and latches on to it like a leech and sucks out the lighthearted fun that can be found in music.

I love, love, love movies! Netflix is incredible. But I like some weird movies sometimes. Movie night would be my favorite thing in the world if I had someone to share it with. Ohhh you've asked for it, so here it is, read it and weep, and don't even ask about my 4 star movies. These all get 5. And it changes everyday.
