I'm on the fast track to being an absent-minded professor - I
absolutely love my work, and I mastered the absent-minded thing a
long time ago, as any of my friends can tell you. I'm just a
live-in-the-moment type, I do what makes me happy whether it's my
work (yes, I really do enjoy it), watching TV, trying a new
restaurant, or whatever. I'm an introvert, which sometimes makes
people think I don't like them (when really I can count the people
I really dislike on the fingers of one hand), but I love a good
night out with my friends.
i also love terrible, terrible tv...not totally
bottom-of-the-barrel stuff but pretty close. i feel it gives
balance to my intellectual day job - can't be serious all the time,
can i?
I also just got back from a trip to India with my mom, my sister,
and 9 other women - completely amazing and reminded me why I love
traveling! So much to see and think about...
