I’m a Bay Area native. I love San Francisco because there’s so much
to do and always something new to try. I like variety in all things
in life: cuisine, movies, music, art, sex, etc… Sometimes I wax
philosophic, and sometimes I’m a superficial observer. My goal is
to always live in the moment like a Zen master. I believe I‘m
getting better at it. I’m not big on daily routines. I just try to
maximize my time and balance work and play. Although I wouldn’t
consider myself an extrovert, I like meeting and interacting with
new people because people are fascinating.
On occasion people misinterpret my stubbornness as close-mindedness. I have strong opinions and beliefs, but I keep an open mind and I always try to see things from other’s points of view. There’s always potential for gaining new perspective and it’s always possible, although highly unlikely, that I’m wrong. I’m a bit of a neat freak, but not OCD or anything. My friends say I’m easy going and mellow. That is, unless you dare to disagree with me on something. (haha)
You can’t take life too seriously or you’ll miss the whole point. But I do believe in having ambition and challenging oneself. I consider myself to be a skeptical optimist and maintain a generally positive attitude about things. The world is so f’d up but so damn funny. I occasionally get frustrated with stupid people, but then I remember they’re just here to make me laugh.
I've found it can be surprising to discover with whom one is compatible. I don't have a lot of specific requirements for a potential partner, I'm just looking for someone I can connect with in a variety of ways. Having strong relationships with family is important to me. I feel lucky to have a pretty awesome family and I value the time we spend together. I appreciate unconventionality and a warped sense of humor. I’m looking for a challenging adventurous person to explore the city and the world. Smart girls turn me on. If you’re easy going, love to try new things, and have a good sense of humor then we’d probably get along.

1) a born-again Christian (or born-again anything)
2) an overly materialistic conformist
3) someone who when you go out to dinner, she picks at her food rather than enjoys it
4) high strung drama queen
5) flaky person
