My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I am more sarcastic than average and try to be amused by the crazy aspects of life. I have a fierce competitive streak but nothing impresses me more than when you are better at something than I am. I'd take good conversation over good looks any day. Most of all though, I like a guy who challenges me and who opens my eyes to things I'd otherwise miss.

I grew up in Australia and have the cricket skills to show for it, but not the tan. I only have the accent when I'm (very) drunk, talking to other Australian people, watching crocodile hunter re-runs or all of the above. But I make a mean vegemite sandwich and I know a stubby when I see one.

Once upon a time I was a college athlete but now I just exercise as often as possible because I enjoy it and it keeps me sane. I have unhealthy obsessions with cheesy 80's pop, professional hockey (when it exists) & good tequila, though not usually all three at the same time.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I am a busy professional who really loves and cares about my job. Ok fine, I'm obsessed with my job and I spend way too much time at work. But I'm lucky because I get paid to do the only thing I ever really wanted to do and I honestly enjoy it. I realize how rare that is and I don't take it for granted.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
crossword puzzles, finding ways to incorporate goat cheese into any meal, remembering movie quotes, giving awesome gifts and team trivia. Probably more important though, I'm really BAD at being on time, checking voicemail, opening my mail, doing one thing at a time and the "who-sings-this-song?" game.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm not sure, but I get "are you sure you're old enough to be doing this?" a lot. It used to make me mad but now it just makes me smile.

are much more fun to talk about in person than list in a profile, don't you think?
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. My family & friends.
2. A good book.
3. Time alone.
4. Cheese.
5. Running shoes.
6. Good coffee. Okay, fine... any coffee.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
the next season of Sherlock.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
exhausted from a long week at work and looking to wind down, usually on my sofa with a nice glass of wine.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
is that no one in my family calls me by my real name.

you think dinosaurs are cool, wonder if Leia was a Jedi too, can explain what the little green guys in the firefighter hats were building in Fraggle Rock, like a little food with your salt, agree five is too long for fighting or want to challenge me to a round of scattagories.
