My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Kelley is the name! I'm a huge sports nut, baseball especially. I'm fascinated by science in general, with a special love for chemistry and astronomy. I love outer space.

I'm described often as a "little shit". No regrets. I'm very, very much a stubborn woman. I work, hard, and a lot - but I love my job and my coworkers. Not many people in the food industry get to say that.

Saying that I like Captain America would probably be an understatement.

I love dogs, but I'm definitely a cat person!
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Right now, I'm a full time artisan sandwich & salad crafter and barista.

In my free time, I'm usually either geeking out over something, working on my writing, brushing up on my German, or simultaneously trying to learn Spanish and French. Multitasking!
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Cooking, baking, video games, and writing; being sarcastic; holding my alcohol; making sandwiches; making lattes; finding humor in infomercials; memorizing Disney songs; telling myself I'll go to bed at a certain time and overshooting it by at least two hours; sleeping through my alarm (which is why I have to set 5); getting lost in Wikipedia for hours.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Physically: how tall I am, my smile, my piercings, or maybe my tattoos.

Personality-wise: I'm silly and it's difficult for me to feel embarrassment. I love to laugh. A lot. I'm almost always smiling about something. I have my days just like anyone else (to be fair, more than my share of them, probably), but I try to always take things as they come. My interests are also kind of all over the place. It's a little bizarre.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Authors/Books: Haruki Murakami, Chuck Palahniuk, Dean Koontz, Stephen King, J. R. R. Tolkien, J.K. Rowling, and Tom Clancy. The Hunger Games trilogy, the Divergent trilogy, and Marvel Comics.

Movies: Superhero flicks in general, but especially Marvel; horror, Disney, sci-fi, baseball movies, musicals, and Mel Brooks. Almost anything with Will Smith in it. Almost anything with Dwayne Johnson in it.

Shows: Supernatural, Cosmos, Family Guy, Futurama, The Walking Dead, Law & Order: SVU, NCIS, Sleepy Hollow, and Elementary.

Music: I don't stick to any one genre. I like what I like, regardless. I guess, though, that I mostly listen to rock - K-rock, pop-punk, hard rock/metal, classic rock, folk rock, Celtic rock/punk - Motown, and R&B/soul. I will sing showtunes at the top of my lungs. I'm a sucker for good blues and jazz, too.

Games: The Assassin's Creed series of games is my favorite, followed by Silent Hill. I play SWtOR every day. Dead Island and the Sims a lot, too. Sometimes LoL, if the mood hits me right.

Food: I'm not picky. If I like the taste of it, I'll eat it. (: But really, I could eat Mexican or Italian food every day for the rest of my life and be happy about it.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My family & friends.
Music and movies.

You get four. I'm sure I could live without the latter three. I am not so sure I would remain sane. :P
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
My thinking patterns aren't really linear, and I've come to the realization that answering this would be a little pointless.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Usually relaxing from being on my feet all day, lazing around in front of the computer.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I cry at the end of Field of Dreams. Every time.

I know all the words to His Cheeseburger from Veggie Tales.

I've spent ridiculous amounts of money on the things Marvel panders to its fandom. Seriously. Marvel, please, stop. My wallet.

On a more serious note: I'm not that great at taking care of myself, but I'm trying to get better at it.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You like talking horror/sci-fi/hero films, and/or have interesting game, music, and book/comic recs.

You share my passion for baseball, and/or you're in need of someone to watch sports with.

You got this far. That was a long read, huh?

You want to know more, I guess. What else? I think I'm pretty easy to befriend. (:
