I am quirky, driven, and hilarious.
My Self-Summary
Hrmmm, so I hate trying to describe who I am in a tight little
couple of paragraphs. I don't know if I fit into any particular
box. In fact, I've made a career of sorts of not doing that. I love
music and play it when I get the chance (though it fell away more
than I like from school on), my interests range from watching
Scrubs way too much to politics to good movies to Chuck Palahniuk.
I have a tiny puppy. I work way too much and am committed to being
the best at what I do. I have two blogs. I've done the following
things: repaired a laptop blindfolded; had a radio show; played a
show with Racetrack (bonus points available); bounced off of a
sliding glass door; been published academically; crocheted;
invented a dessert; and made law.
What I’m doing with my life
Okay, so the made law part may have given it away. I'm an attorney,
a fairly new one. So I work a lot. Its part of what I signed up
for. I also am involved with two trial lawyers groups, a couple
other associations, and am always looking to do more. Its a bad
habit, but I think that since I went through it, I may as well do
good with it, otherwise, what's the point, right?
As to what I'm working towards with that line of my life? Who
knows.
I’m really good at
sex. Okay, that's really stolen from Eugene Mirman (again, bonus
points available). I'm good at listening. I love to cook.
Absolutely love it. Went to a party the other night and made
strawberry banana wontons with cardamom and nutmeg. A chocolate
dipping sauce to go with it infused with bacon, with a touch of
cayenne and white pepper. Tomorrow night will be a chai bread
pudding. Its fun!
The first things people usually notice about me
That I try to make people feel better with humor, but it usually
comes at the cost of looking like someone who doesn't handle
serious moments well. But I do know when to turn it off.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
Oh man, this is too long to list. I'm a foodie, so any food is
good. Books? I'm reading David Cross at the moment. I love Craig
Clevenger and Chuck Palahniuk for books. Movies...I can watch Lost
in Translation and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind over and
over and over and over. Music, I'll just provide a list of the

I spend a lot of time thinking about
What I might be missing
On a typical Friday night I am
well half of my friday nights are taken up by either Trial Lawyer's
College or a Trial Skills Workshop. So awesome, huh? Otherwise, I'm
likely to be out at a show or catching up with friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
I have trust issues...but who doesn't. I am working on it though.
You should message me if
