Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
If you think drama is for the stage and screen, and best kept out
of real life - then keep reading, we may be in sync.
I'm stable, goal oriented, exercise regularly and practice a
healthy lifestyle. I don't believe that relationships complete
people; rather I believe that we each bring characteristics and
talents that complement another in such a way that it makes the
experience more interesting and fun. I'd like develop that
relationship where there's that connection on all levels -
physical, intellectual, spiritual.
I'll enjoy stimulating conversation, various outdoor and indoor
activities,...hiking, cycling, festivals, museums, concerts, day
trips, and anything water related. The Kennedy Center, Wolf Trap,
and CO Canal are favorite spots. But I think when there is that
mutual connection, even an afternoon at Motor Vehicles can be fun.
OK, probably not that one.:)
I am attracted to someone who is confident enough to make eye
contact, can be in the moment, and has a sense of what really
matters in life and love and what doesn't. If this sounds like you,
I'd welcome an opportunity to get to know you better. Either way, I
wish you the best in finding someone that makes your heart sing.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Trying to be fit mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Have always been very athletic, and particularly good cardio
endurance activities, e.g. rowing, cycling. Plus, anything
requiring logical analysis, must be the engineer in me.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Tall, pleasant smile, calm, easy going demeaner.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
I wouldn't really put it that way, I think it best to rely on our
own inner resources than any outside things. But a high priority
list would be ... exercise, meditation, nature, compassion, healthy
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Will think about whatever I'm reading, and whatever plans are to be
made. But best not to overthink things. I've heard about 98% of our
thinking is repetitive stuff - which can get in the way of our
experiencing life in this moment.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Can vary, often winding down after work week.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
In the 9 items or less line last week, not only did it turn out I
had 11 items, but while waiting I found myself thumbing through a
tabloid that included an article speculating about Brad and Jen
getting back together.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
I love getting messages from anyone interested, of course. More
likely I'd be messaging you ... and if you see the potential of
mutual attraction, interests and chemistry, I'd love to hear back
