Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I have lived in the Bay Area for about 4 year now. Originally from
Pennsylvania. I just recently left my job at a large tech
corporation and moved to a startup in a similar field and haven't
regretted the choice for a second yet.
I love movies (particularly fond on quoting them) TV and
entertainment in general. I enjoy participating in outdoor
activities but every so often I need a weekend to be lazy and have
a movie marathon. I recently developed an obsession with Showtime
shows (Dexter, Shameless, Episodes, Homeland) while Arrested
Development and the Sopranos have a special place in my
My job is a huge part of my life right now and is something I
really enjoy. I travel a decent amount for work so I've gotten used
to it and have really developed a fondness for seeing new places.
Always open to a new destination. Favorite place visited is either
Singapore or Australia.
Forewarning: College Football rules my life. Saturdays in the fall
are reserved for tailgating or watching all of the best games (or
the worst ones). Penn State is my Alma Mater and that fact pretty
much defines me.
Trivia at bars is one of my favorite things, I'm great at pop
culture, science, history and the like but suck at music trivia. My
friends and I have been going to bar trivia every Tuesday for the
past three years or so. Our team name is something you'll have to

Books: Recently had a obsession with Malcolm Gladwell books. Love
anything that analyzes how people make choices. Probably was a
economist in a past life.
Movies: Hard to pinpoint, but Die Hard is a no-brainer. I worked at
a video store for five years in high school and college, so I
developed a taste for most things. Ill give just about anything a
Music: Anything that a mediocre cover band plays in a bar--I
Food: Anything that is placed in front of me. Always willing to try
new foods. My general rule is if someone cooks for me I will eat it
and enjoy it (or at least tell them that I did...).
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.

Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Everything! There is no question more important to me than why.
What/when/who is interesting but the why is where it is at.
I start a lot of conversations with, "You know, I was thinking

Also I have season 1 of The Secret World of Alex Mack on DVD. If
