I am originally from the South Hills area of Pittsburgh. I graduated from Penn State with a BS in Materials Science
and Engineering. After a four year stint in our nation's capital working for the government I moved back here in July 2012 in hopes of getting back to my roots.

I am a fan of Penn State teams. I also like the Steelers
and Penguins, but that should be the norm when being from Pittsburgh.

I like to consider myself a jack of all trades -- I am a musician,
computer programmer, psuedo-legal scholar, sci-fi nerd and trivia
buff.

I have a sheltie that I rescued in 2010 named Lexie. She
is a real sweetheart, great dog!

I really want to get back into kayaking and rock climbing. I would love to be able to try a new activity, so if you have any good ideas let me know!

I am a Patent Examiner specializing in inorganic chemistry (mainly nanotechnology). I see my fair share of whacky and downright absurd inventions!

Having fun, relaxing, computers, and music I play a

chicken parmesaen and really spicy food (namely wings).

As for ethnic foods: Italian, Chinese, Thai, Mexican and Indian are a must for me.

I love comedies, dramas, action movies, etc., but most of all I enjoy things with plot. Though Contact is AWESOME.

My music tastes only come from recommendations people make. I like 70's classic rock, 90's-00's alternative. Lately I have been on a DC hardcore punk kick from the mid-80s (Rites of Spring). Most of the bands I like are all broken up :( If you have heard of Sarge or The Reputation we should definitely talk! My favorite band would have to be Further Seems Forever.

I am quite addicted to Lost, Jeopardy, Conan, 24, Battlestar: Galactica, Greek (oh Greek you died too soon), Law & Order (And SVU), Futurama, Seinfeld, House Caprica (I miss you Caprica), Warehouse 13 and South Park.

Movies: X-Files, Contact, Star Wars (3-6), Star Trek (1, 2, 4, First Contact, XI), Team America: World Police, South Park, Battle Royale, District 9, Zombieland, Paper Heart, Fifth Element, Terminator (1-3), Quiz Show, Minority Report, Die Hard (1-3; especially 2 though), Airport, Airplane (1 & 2), and a lot more. I adore cheesy disaster movies, the worst the better!

Friends, iPhone, computer, internet, pillow(s), and music.
