It was a long journey until I arrived at a place where I was able to say life is good. Here I am, life is good and I am at peace. I have a great son who is launched, a small but close knit family, friends who care and a job that I continue to love!

try to empty the brain once a day....I call it a mind break....we all need it.

That will vary depending on who, when and where....sometimes at my spin class in the gym, sometimes out with a friend, sometimes home having a quiet dinner....sometimes on the road going away for the weekend.
