I love climbing trees as much as I enjoy weaving through the energetic hustle of downtown Manhattan. I am very kind, honest and compassionate, and search for close-knit communities. Teaching environmental science to public school kids by day, and if that isn't enough fun for ya wait til you hear what I do by night...when i have the energy to rally. I do sometimes, really..

Garden State, High Fidelity, Grosse Point Blank (anything Cusack, really) Wes Anderson, Coen Bros, I Heart Huckabees, Stranger Than Fiction, movies with subtitles, Adaptation, Persepolis, and lots more

WFUV, folk, rock, zydeco, latin, anything that makes me boogie, sing out loud, cry, or get mellow. Just saw Bruce Springsteen! Made my life almost complete..

I have a thing for local, fresh, organic food, stinky cheeses and chocolate and green tea ice cream...not all in one serving.. And i miss having soil nearby for growing my own food. Oh, and lately I've become the worst vegetarian and apparently like eating meat again. What? It's good.
