I came to the US in 2000. I am a software professional. I don't work for MSFT or AMZN but I work for myself and I am very happy about it. During the last 13 years, I have been to many places in the US. Started with NY, moved to CA, lived in both northern and southern CA. I moved here in 2008. I love hiking , traveling and exploring new places. Despite the rain, I love the nature here. I am always planning for my next place to visit.

I like healthy activities such as cycling, hiking etc. I like to spend time traveling and exploring new places. Most of the time I am working. I spent my 20's being a workaholic but I don't do that anymore. There is more to life than just work.

I am at an unexpected crossroad in my life where there are 4 paths to choose from. I am planning next steps as to what I want in the next few years from my life and life overall.

Apart from being good at what I do for living, I am a funny person looking to crack jokes at all times. Sometimes they come to me naturally and I realize I was funny when someone laughs.

To be honest, I don't know. I think, in my 20s, I was a very jovial person who opened up to others in a flash. These days, it depends, I can be a bit reserved until I get to know the other person.

Generally I read inspirational books, news and magazines. I am a news junkie. I also like to read a lot about investment commentary, however; I do not trust investment advisers anymore. I have read books from Stephen Covey, Shiv Khera, Dale Carnegie etc.

I like Hindi, Indian Bollywood music. Sometimes, I listen to rap, rock , hip hop but not much.

I like all types of food. Indian, Sushi, Thai, Mexican are my favorites. I do like Italian food as well but Occasionally.

I like to hang out with friends or be at home. I rarely go to bars or clubs. I do love traveling and hiking, so I am mostly out on saturdays. A hand of poker or dinner outside doesnt hurt on fridays.
