Hi I'm Phil! I grew up in NY and Florida and just relocated to Atlanta for work so I'm looking to meet some new interesting people in the area outside the few that I know here.

I have an easygoing personality and like getting outside and staying active. I'll try almost anything once and if it's a fun experience that I can share with someone all the better.

I'm not necessarily looking for the perfect person on here (although it'd be great if it worked out) just someone who's genuinely nice, has a good sense of humor, likes to stay active and go on an adventure every once in a while.

I work at an engineering firm designing building systems. What I really like about my job is that I constantly get to learn new things, hopefully things that I can apply to help make the world a little better. It's also not mundane, usually at least, I rarely have a typical day.

I also love traveling as often as possible, although I could use a good travel buddy. I spent a lot of time in Northern Europe; Copenhagen, Belgium, Amsterdam, etc. but New Zealand, Japan and southern Europe are high on my list of places to visit soon.

I like to read quite a bit and tend to mix it up between fiction and nonfiction. Just finished the Game of Thrones series and really enjoyed it. Right now I'm working through the Bourne Identity and a book by Neil deGrasse Tyson on the space program.

For movies and TV I generally stick to adventure, comedy, thrillers. Indiana Jones and James Bond are two of my all times faves. I watch the Walking Dead, Parks and Rec, and most shows on AMC, HBO, Science Channel and NBC.

The most recent big concert I went to was the Black Keys and they were beyond awesome. I also like Daft Punk, Bon Iver, Foo Fighters, RHCP, the Civil Wars, Johnny Cash, Dave Matthews and Sinatra to name a few.

I usually eat pretty healthy and cook a lot myself, nothing beats the grill in the summer.
