I am radical, queer, and sardonic.

My Self-Summary

finding a puzzle, trying to solve the puzzle, getting really frustrated and forcing all the wrong pieces together into a cardboard mural-fuck and walking away feeling accomplished.

I have a large group of amazing surrogate family members. I hold their opinion with alot of weight. They willingly and openly love me. I consider that the best indicator that I'm a decent guy.

I'm much more interested in you what makes you human, not trendy.

I don't invest any legitimacy in gender structure... so keep trying to place me in your "masc" or "femme" little boxes, good luck. I'll throw down a game of muddy rugby in my fishnets and lipstick son.

Friends don't let friends perpetuate the [queer] gender binary. Go on, be a friend.

make me laugh - humor is hot.

I'm into queer cis/bio and trans guys.

What I’m doing with my life

- becoming more and more disillusioned with the world that surrounds me
- thinking/planning/organizing the counteraction of that disillusionment
- living in a distant pipe-dream - it will be realized!
- constantly making promises with myself - which will be kept!
- doing everything my little stickie notes tell me - (laundry, homework, get angry/inspired, be the change, love you - have a great day!)
- planning ambitious workshop roadtrips - who want to come?!
- escaping civilization whenever I have a chance (hiking camping beach etc.)
- taking advantage of every drag, dance and deviant opportunity that I can

I’m really good at

I don't know, that's completely subjective... you tell me.

I'm good at helping people out, I think I can own that.

Also, I make good mix CDs.

The first things people usually notice about me

my lips and teeth, people always stare at my mouth and make comments.

the way I talk, I often forget my filter and have a liking of big words.

people often mistake me for a different gender - i love it :D

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

books: the ethical slut, CUNT, That's REVOLTING! chuck klosterman, john steinbeck, kurt vonnegut, voltaire, maggie estep, stephan chbosky, milan kundera, oscar wilde, david sadaris, audre lorde, truman capote, silvia ferderici, james joyce, emma goldman, friedrich nietzsche, f. scott fitzgerald, e.e. cummings, t.s. Elliot, marx, many more...

Movies: Wes Anderson films, Jean Pierre Jeunet, John Cameron Mitchell, Tim Burton pre-corpse bride, old b&w french film with a blasting accordion ridiculous faces and simple plots. documentaries, almost anything having to drugs, sex, queers or dysfunctional families. Painful pun-filled comedies.... white oleander, i <3 Huckabees and the last unicorn.

Music: I'm not even going to list the artists...
Folk-punk, Cabaret, Queercore, 80's pop, electronica, anti-folk, folk, mashup, art punk, alt-rock, balkan, baroque, downtempo, dream pop, experimental, flamenco, gypsy, indie (whatever that means anymore), industrial, jazz, lo-fi, psychedelic rock, sooooul, R&B, Ska, synthpop and musicals!

Food: I eat alot of produce. I enjoy good sushii and sashimi. When I'm lazy I live off of toast coated in nutritional yeast. I snack on garlic. I'm perpetually broke, but I still buy and will only drink good bougie beer.

O_O oh my gawd, that head of lettuce is eating a defenseless onion... NO TO GMOs!

The six things I could never do without

1) a curious mind
2) expression
3) change
4) family (surrogate and paternal)
5) laughter
6) a needle and thread

I spend a lot of time thinking about

social constructs and oppression (i.e. feminism, radical queer theory, social insurrection, gender structure, racial dichotomies, prison systems, the list goes on and on and on...) -- and how the hell I'm going to channel these thoughts into effective agents.

sex - many of it's various forms (the usual, burlesque, the not so usual, consent, dance, (c)lit, safe sex, etc)

future plans/to do lists

"what could I make this into?" picking up some discarded something off the street.

fermenting things... (kombucha anyone?)

perverting seemingly innocent conversations (especially on the bus)

"I should call my mother."

that's all I'm willing to divulge for now...

On a typical Friday night I am

bonfire in the backyard, cooking/drinking with housemates, watching a movie, shows/dance parties, heading to the city, diy projects, dinner parties with friends, art or craft time with loved ones, poetry slams, or sitting in my room wishing I was doing any one of the said funtivities.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

My belly button has a beauty mark.

You should message me if

1) you don't plan on slaughtering me, neatly wrapping in brown paper and shoving me in your freezer to keep for a "hearty winter stew".

2) you're smart, have a slightly sadistic sense of humor, are interested in doing something other than "hooking up".
