My Self-Summary
I'm a small-town girl livin in a big city. Though I miss knowing
everyone, I love getting to know new people. In terms of my
perspective on life: life is to live and to love, everything else
in between is just filler. In accordant with this life philosophy,
I enjoy taking each day as it comes and take great pleasure in the
little things. This pleasure is heightened by my intense focus on
each sensation as it occurs, whether of wine as it runs across my
tongue, silk against my skin, or the scent of flowers. Each unique
experience is exquisite.

What I’m doing with my life
I'm working full-time as a Waitress while starting on a second
undergraduate degree at SFU. In the meantime, I'm also trying to
enjoy myself without breaking the bank too much.
I’m really good at
Sensing others' needs but conversely, also finding and targeting
their weak spots.
The first things people usually notice about me
I can be quite loud and exuberant so often it's my voice or
laughter but also my unique, fearless sense of style. If I'm not
sober, then they may notice that I'm either the chick asleep in the
corner in the middle of a party or table dancing at a church
function (good thing I'm not invited to many of those)
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
I have a pretty broad range of interests but here is just a random
scattering....
Books: Tuesdays with Morrie, Lolita, cookbooks, and trashy romance novels where guy gets girl, guy loses girl, guy gets girl again (preferably those involving vampires)
Movies: The Red Violin, Clueless, Pulp Fiction, The BBC Earth series, Dirty Dancing
Music: John Vanderslice, Coco Rosie, Britney Spears, Danger Mouse, the Doors, Portishead, Thunderheist, Rolling Stones
Food: Umebosi plums, filet mignon, all cheeses and sausage

When I'm not working, as I often am on Friday nights, I'm either
listening to live music while in the company of close friends and
complete strangers or just having a drink and relaxing, but really
no Friday night is typical, is it?
