I'm an eccentric gal of the Asian persuasion. Going out to eat, watching movies, and vegging on the couch are some of my favorite things to do. I just moved back to the Bay Area after school and would love to meet someone who shares my interests and can introduce me to new ones!

I just finished my dental residency and am now a fully-fledged, practicing DDS. For any of you with dental phobias, don't worry, I don't bring my work home with me! (In fact, I'm desperately past due for my own dental checkup.) But if you're big on oral hygiene, I'm your girl.

Since I've been focused on my career for the past few years, I'm finally ready to meet new people and have fun. I've been pretty myopic in that area (to be honest, myopic in the eye area as well, but that's what contacts are for), so I want to meet people who can lead me through new experiences.

Eating. Don't judge me by the way I look... I can put away a lot and am always willing to try new foods (and drinks)!

I'm a bit gawky (in case you couldn't tell from my pics). It's not that I'm tall -- I'm just not too coordinated. So, playing a game of racquetball with me will probably lead to a bruised cornea for you (it's happened)!

I used to read a lot of books, but I think I've burned out as most things I read that aren't for work nowadays are online mags and blogs. Anything book-length is too much of a commitment!

My friends drag me to all sorts of movies and I enjoy a lot of them. It's not so much the movie as the company that's important to me! But, when I'm alone I like to watch comedies, dramas and the occasional bosom-heaving period piece (what can I say, I'm a girl)!

I generally listen to whatever pop music is playing on the radio, but I also enjoy classical music and wish I had the opportunity to go to more concerts. I also love opera and musical theater.

Food is my passion! I love going out to eat and enjoy a variety of ethnic foods. If you're a finicky eater, we probably won't be able to mesh. I do have a fondness for sweet things: chocolate, pastries and other girly stuff. But I also love beefy burgers, spicy curries, tacos, noodle soups, juicy rare steaks... I just love to eat!

I don't reveal a lot about myself until I get to know a person, so I won't admit much until then.
