what I'm looking for:
-I want to meet people who will help me to grow as a person. I want
to learn new things from you and I hope that I can enhance your
existence in some way too.
-I want to meet people who are secure in who they are and who look
to foster healthy relationships in their life.
what I'm not looking for:
-pen pals, I already have more long distance friendships than I can
manage properly
-a nag, I'm jewish/enough said
I have decided not to fill out "what I'm looking for", on the
right, because my life is unscripted AND I would rather be judged
on other things. If that doesn't make any sense to you, feel free
to ask more probative questions.
I'm attempting to focus on the here and now and how I can be
happiest in it. Right now this involves
biking distances between 10 and 70 miles,
going to yoga classes, riding my
long board and relaxing somewhere
chill. I believe I'm fairly self aware. I love 85%, give or take,
of who I am. I love to be active, I love it so much in fact that
failing to get any physical activity into my day makes me a sad
panda.
Activities I am known to enjoy; skateboarding,
biking, running,
hiking, swimming, frisbee,
skimboarding and
snowboarding.
I enjoy movies and some tv but I don't focus too well for long
periods. I'm not very competitive but I do enjoy a good board game
or game of cards. I learned how to play cribbage a year ago and I'm
sure I could pick it up again with a little assistance.
Activities I would like to be enjoying; wind surfing, wakeboarding,
and
rock
climbing.
***Just for kicks I took a look at my "similar users" on the lower
right of my profile and today, 7 of 8 are more attentive. I'd like
to say its not true but it might actually be a fact.***
Eating, a lot, I have a high metabolism (or else a tapeworm) and I
eat constantly.
I'm not emotionally dead but the list is either infinitely long or
non existent.
To be honest, most of the profiles seem to read very much the same.
(yes I do know how to read and yes I generally put the time in on
the pages I visit although I look at the photos first in most
cases) Ultimately though I have been fairly disappointed by
internet connecting experiences.
If you want to be a friend/lover/rival/activity partner in the real
world then submit your application and/or questions via OKC
mail.
suggested topics include...
-how you are an emotionally stable person with a touch of crazy
that makes you totally gorgeous
-any of the activities I listed above
-any activities I didn't note but that either (a) you enjoy and
think I would too or (b) you want to try, you need a partner in
crime and you think I fit the bill
-the western diet and how you are trying to escape it
-how you understand that I'm a bit of an introvert who seems to
find a lot wrong with the world around him but you are sure that I
wouldn't feel that way about you
