My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
freshly done with grad school and ready for some fun. interested in: meaningful conversations, coffee, politics, feminism, queer theory, old episodes of the real world, eurovision, and traveling.

I am very loud, extroverted, and willing to talk about anything. I love to over-analyze and engage in critical/philosophical thought. I also enjoy making people laugh. I have lots of energy and am open-minded, so I don't feel like I really have a "type" of a person whom I'm attracted to....I am on here to find out new possibilities.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm a Coloradoan living in Denver after completing undergrad in Ithaca, NY and graduate school in Budapest, Hungary. I am loving my new life in Baker, most notably for its abundance of affordable alcoholic beverages and proximity to the Mayan Theater.

I work as a program coordinator for a political non profit that mobilizes progressive voters and expands access to the ballot.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
talking, analyzing pop culture, and unstructured dancing.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

MOVIES: Quentin tarantino, hitchcock, documentaries of all kinds

MUSIC: something fun and something Fiona Apple

SHOWS: recently, american horror story and true blood have captured my attention. i also apprecaite buffy, patricia arquette, and the simpsons.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. intellectual/deep conversations/theorizing
2. iced coffee
3. people/social interaction
4. facebook
5. political organizing/activism
6. sex
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
*the way we structure society
*the way we could re-structure society
*what time it is
*cultural differences
*German grammar
*bottoming (sex in general)
*my Oscar speech
*Meryl Streep's Oscar speeches
*what that racist jerk said on Facebook
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
dancing with a group of friends and getting lost on my way back from the bathroom.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
for some reason, i started conflating "private" with shameful, which is an unfair calculation on my part (i was going to put that i can't drive, which is true).

i'm not sure what's private anymore. the government and facebook probably know more about me than i realize.

but i'll add to this list that i've never been in a long-term relationship and i think it both terrifies and excites me as a possibility
