I am awkwardly fun and have the ability to be really goofy in comfortable settings. I'm pretty funny, however I am quite sure I think I am funnier than I actually am in the eyes of others. I am okay with this.

I have a pair of shoes that I have had since I was 14 and I still wear them sometimes. In fact I am wearing them in my profile pic!

I started getting gray hair at nineteen years old... 19!! So, thanks to some horrible genetics I dye my hair to cover up the ridiculously uncool gray hair. Did I need to specify uncool? Yes. Why? Because if it was an undeniably COOL streak of gray hair... like Rogue from the X-Men... I could totally get on board with that.

I have a daughter who is starting 1st grade this fall. She is amazing and hilarious and probably the most incredible thing I have ever done.

I am back to being a full-time student right now and will be until Spring of next year. Looking forward to being done but really psyched about the process!

I adore music and love finding new bands to listen to and new genres to explore.

I am an open-minded and tolerant person and hope to find someone who also shares these traits ;)

Wow, what am I doing with my life? In relation to education, I was just accepted to the school of mortuary science and start in August and will be done in May of 2012. I am really excited and plan to one day open my own funeral home.

I am really good at empathizing with others in any given situation and because of this I am a really caring, understanding and overall awesome person. I am really good at looking at the positive side of things - I have a very "glass-half-full" mentality. I am really good at remembering song lyrics. I am pretty good at diffusing situations of conflict. I think I am a pretty darn good mom.

I'm not sure... I feel like this really depends on who is looking at me. Most likely it would be my random fashion choices. I really have my own style and it is really, entirely based off of the things that I feel comfortable in. To clarify, this does not mean that I wear only sweats or that I go about my day wearing my pajamas.. It just means I wear clothing that suits me and makes me feel happy, confident, and comfortable.

TV: Dexter, Raising Hope, Glee, Arrested Development, Prison Break, Psych, How I Met Your Mother, Big Bang Theory, Bones, Buffy, Firefly, Freaks and Geeks, Six Feet Under, The Twilight Zone and The X-Files.
Music: Mainly Indie rock/alternative stuff... Death Cab for Cutie, Modest Mouse, Damien Rice, Cloud Cult, The Mountain Goats, Muse, Frightened Rabbit, Mumford and Sons and lots of 90's alternative stuff like Bush, Everclear, etc. Also, whatever might be playing on the radio. I don't listen to much Rap, R&B, Hip Hop or Country, however, I am always open to listening to new stuff!
Food: Yep, I like food... allll kinds of food.

Sometimes I think about what I think animals are thinking. Sometimes I think about why I am who I am and why I exist. I guess I don't really spend a lot of time thinking about only one thing. Earlier today I was thinking about how I am going to be given a lab coat for my embalming lab this fall and how stoked I am. I have always wanted to do ANYTHING where I got to legitimately rock a lab coat. I would love to have some sort of witty nickname embroidered on it... hmm.. something new to think about...

Hanging out with my friends. We might have a BBQ, or go out to a movie, or maybe just stay in and watch tv.

I am not really that private about things... most things I am willing to share pretty quickly. Here's a wacky one! I have a phobia related to things being around my neck. I can't wear turtle necks or shirts with tight collar areas, I can't wear most necklaces, and if a person looks like their hand is going towards my throat I will slap at them lamely and duck away like a crazy person. No idea why... but as far as phobias go it is not so bad ;)
